Over a 40-year career spanning Florida and Colorado, I've closed more than 1,000 transactions totaling over $1 billion in volume, including South Florida residential properties valued as high as $17 million. With a Compass and Sotheby's International Realty background, I established the Sotheby's International Realty office in Colorado's Vail Valley and later managed, staffed, and trained 42 sales agents to nearly $215 million in annual sales.
I've served as a Florida Realtors Director and am active in NAIOP and BOMA, and I hold a Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation and a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist certification, with real estate licenses in both Florida and Colorado.
Before real estate, I competed as an All-American pole vaulter, ranked 12th in the world and 5th in the U.S., and held the #1 ranking in Colorado men's tennis. I'm a Virginia Tech graduate (Marketing and Business Management), a Virginia Tech and West Springfield High School Hall of Fame inductee, and was named Virginia Tech Athlete of the Year across all sports — the same competitive drive I bring to every file I manage.
